I'm so happy that you're here checking out my website! There are a lot of changes underway, and I can't wait to share them with you! Rather than placing my website under password protection as I make these changes, I'm leaving my store open and providing updates along the way.
So what's new?
The most exciting change is that I have taken up the skill of tech editing! Previously, my patterns were being tech edited by a writer in the field of journalism. She is not associated with the fiber industry, so she was unable to fully check my patterns. While there are guilds (for both crocheting and knitting) in place that provide courses and certifications, I decided not to get the "formal" certification. I spent the last three months studying pattern writing standards and styles for both crochet and knit. The information needed to obtain this skill was readily accessible through online research.
Where are the patterns?
I will be offering my patterns via Payhip from now on. I have finished one pattern, the Mini Doll Wigs, and there are plenty more to come!
The next few pattern releases will be the tech edited versions of my older patterns. Once those are done, I can move on to designing, testing, and releasing new patterns!
What to expect next!
There will be blog updates every Tuesday. Each week I will share more about the changes I am making and the new things I have to offer.
